Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of skzrcorp.com (the "Site") and your purchase of our digital products. By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
skzrcorp is a trading name of T.A SKYZOR PRODUCTIONS LTD, registered in Cyprus, Nikolaou Nikolaide 10, 8010, Pafos, Cyprus. Contact: hello@skyzorproductions.com.
2. Our products
We sell digital products (ebooks and worksheets) delivered as downloadable files. When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own personal use. You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish the files, in whole or in part.
3. Orders and payment
Purchases are processed by Gumroad, which acts as our Merchant of Record and reseller. Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and any applicable VAT is calculated and collected by Gumroad at checkout. Your contract for the sale is concluded when your payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally and immediately after purchase, via a download link and/or email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email, and contact us if you have any trouble accessing your files.
5. Refunds
Our products carry a 14-day money back guarantee. If a product is not right for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it. This matches the 14-day right of withdrawal you have under EU consumer law, and it does not replace or limit that right, nor your statutory rights if a product is faulty or materially not as described. If you have a problem with your purchase, contact hello@skyzorproductions.com and we will help; refunds are handled through Gumroad.
6. Intellectual property
All content, text, designs and files sold or shown on the Site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. Buying a product does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
7. Not professional advice
Our products are for education and general information only. They are not financial, legal, tax, medical or other professional advice, and they do not guarantee any particular result. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek qualified advice for your specific circumstances.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use our products in any unlawful way.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version.
